Green Energy Park Sviadnov
It is a brownfield site of the former Staříč I mine, located in the eastern part of the Czech Republic in the Moravian-Silesian Region, in the municipalities of Sviadnov and Žabeň in the Frýdek-Místek district.
The total area of the site is 5.95 ha. All the land parcels are owned by Green Gas RE, s.r.o. This company has completed the revitalisation of the area and has defined an area that can be offered for the construction of an industrial zone. The designated area within the site has an area of 4.3 ha. The remaining part of the site, outside the revitalised area, will remain in the ownership of Green Gas RE, s.r.o., where energy facilities will be operated to support the functionality and efficiency of the site’s energy system.
Variants of the offer:
- sale of an area of 4.3 ha only
- construction of halls in the area of 4.3 ha and subsequent sale or lease. Even in this case, the area of the energy cluster will remain in the ownership of the current owner.
The location of the area in question is advantageous both in terms of transport accessibility and serviceability, and in terms of its location between two important cities in the region – Ostrava, capital of the region, and Frýdek-Místek. The area falls within the territory of two cadastres (82% Sviadnov, 18% Žabeň).
