The Červený Dvůr Industrial Zone (48 ha) is located 2 km south-east of the town centre, on the border with Poland. It is directly connected to the I/57 road, which is one of the main roads of the eastern part of the Czech Republic. The D1 motorway is about 50 km – 40 min drive away. The area si fully equipped with the necessary technical infrastructure.
There are more than 10 companies with a total of around 1,000 employees – e.g. the Italian company IVG Colbachini CZ (industrial hoses), S.T.I. CZ (machine components) and RAME CZ (components for gas boilers).
The construction of the zone was supported by funding from the Czech Republic’s Ministry of Finance; due to this, buyers must comply with stipulated requirements :
- type of investment: manufacturing industry, strategic services or technology centre
- number of new jobs created: min. 20/1 ha
- volume of investment: approx. 34 million CZK 34/1 ha
