Rezidence Kopřivnice Západ
An attractive site for a new residential development covering an area of almost 2 hectares on the western edge of the town of Kopřivnice. The site forms part of a larger development area intended for new apartment complexes and individual houses. The town of Kopřivnice plans to put the land on the market by the end of 2024 with the requirement to build around 250 new apartments.
Road access to the site is possible from the adjacent Class II road, with an access route crossing municipally owned land. All utilities networks (electricity, water, gas) are located at the south-eastern edge of the site.
The site offers excellent access to all municipal civic amenities including public transport infrastructure, as well as a wide range of leisure opportunities (the Červený Kámen sports and recreation complex, the Bílá Hora hill, the historic town of Štramberk, an equestrian ranch, and other attractions in the foothills of the Beskydy Mountains).
Thanks to its quiet location on the edge of the town, close to a range of tourist attractions and offering easy access to all civic amenities, this site represents a very attractive opportunity for a residential development.

Learn moreKopřivnice is located in the north-eastern part of the Czech Republic, in the Moravian-Silesian Region, about 32 km south-west of the regional capital Ostrava and 14 km east of the district town of Nový Jičín.
The town offers excellent transport connections to the surrounding important cities of the region such as Ostrava, Frýdek-Místek, Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, etc..
The town of Kopřivnice itself is known for its history and the present, mainly connected with the production of Tatra cars (the third oldest car factory in the world). The premises of the car factory, which currently employs more than 1,500 people, is followed by an industrial park with companies such as BROSE or Tymphany, employing more than 3,000 people. These employment opportunities, as well as the possibility of easy commuting to other regional centres, contribute to the high purchasing power of the population and the attractiveness of the city for living.
Kopřivnice has a whole complex of museums. The most famous of them is the Tatra Technical Museum. The eponymous cars have their permanent exhibition here, but there is also an unusually designed exhibition of the world-famous athletes Emil and Dana Zátopek. You will also discover nice natural corners, viewpoints, the ruins of Šostýna Castle and the popular lookout tower on the Bílá hora Mountain, inspired by the shape of the DNA structure.
