The Moravian-Silesian Region presented itself successfully at MIPIM in Cannes

The Moravian-Silesian Region, together with Ostrava, Prague and Brno, presented at the Czech Cities and Regions exhibition at the prestigious MIPIM real estate and investment fair in Cannes.

At this year’s 30th, each of the exhibitors of the Czech exhibition wanted to present the best and most attractive of what they have at their disposal. Also thanks to this, the Czech stand was very interested. The Moravian-Silesian Region went to a fair with a variety of locations. Visitors were presented, for example, the industrial zones of Krnov Červený Dvůr, Bruntál West Zone I and III, the Nošovice Business Zone, the Multimodal Logistics Center Mošnov, the residential complex in Nový Jičín and the planned Slezská Harta Resort. Most visitors to the stand were attracted by the Slezská Harta Resort, which offers the opportunity to transform the surroundings of the Slezská Harta reservoir and to offer large investment opportunities in the form of leisure centers and recreational areas. In addition, there was great interest in these industrial zones.

The preparation of the exposition for the Moravian-Silesian Region was in charge of the regional company Moravian-Silesian Investment and Development.

The 30th MIPIM was attended by over 26,000 visitors from investors, developers, cities and regions, banks, construction companies, real estate agents and architects. With its size, MIPIM is one of the most important real estate and investment events of the year. It was also the overall atmosphere of the fair, which was very inspiring. The Moravian-Silesian Region delegation has gained many contacts and thanks to meetings with representatives of developers, banking houses and investors, there is room for further cooperation.
