The upcoming project Ostrava City Logistics (OCL) Zárubek is located close to the centre of Ostrava, in the Slezská Ostrava district.
The strategic location with excellent connections to the main arteries offers an advantageous location for “last mile logistics”, show room or other areas of logistics and light industry.
The project envisages a total built-up area of 8,100 sqm, the basic module for lease will be from 1,152 sqm. Estimated completion date is 9/2024.
